Voicing For MultiSystem provides wireless control of your pipe organ using computer touch screens and MIDI keyboards through the advanced technology of the MultiSystem network. Any organ controlled by MultiSystem II is compatible with VFM. Our flexible configuration allows control of the entire organ from only one MIDI keyboard connected to a laptop. The entire system is wireless and lightweight, making it easy to voice the organ from anywhere in the room. The stops are displayed as space efficient rectangles rather than trying to mimic a real console’s stop knobs or tabs. The stop names are easy to read, and color coded by division. VFM has an independent capture so that you can set your own pistons for comparing any ranks you would like.
VFM connects wirelessly to our MicroServer System, the same Wi-Fi network as Tuning
for MultiSystem and Organist Palette.
The flexibility provides extreme, complete portable control over any sized pipe
organ.
If the main console is out of commission, or in a less than ideal position for
hearing the organ, VFM can be set up quickly to provide a fully functioning
alternative console.
The entire organ may be controlled from one MIDI keyboard, with the pedal coupled to
it. This is also an easy way to play the organ while it is still in your shop!
When voicing an organ, it helps to hear the blend of stops in the room. With VFM it
is easy to install a listening position in the room. All you need is our laptop and
MIDI keyboard.
All the organ’s resources, including expression, are available with VFM. Since the
stops are quickly accessible, comparing stops with one another is simple.

What is displayed by the VFM may be customized from an intuitive set-up screen.
The colors for each division, the size and order of the stops and which divisions
and stops are displayed are easily defined. Additionally you can have several
layouts showing different divisions of the organ.
